Kiku Masamune Taru Sake
Taru Sake is an authentic, dry sake distinguished by the refreshing aroma of Yoshino cedar.
This fine, dry sake is allowed to mature in barrels made of the finest Yoshino cedar. The sake is drawn from the barrel and bottled just as this aroma reaches its peak for optimal enjoyment. The refreshing aroma of Taru Sake serves to clear the palate by washing away residual food flavors remaining in the mouth. This sake complements a wide array of Japanese and Western cuisine, including spicy dishes and foods with rich, full-bodied flavors. Kiku Masamune invites you to enjoy the aroma of Yoshino cedar and the crisp, clean finish of Taru Sake.

Choya Umeshu (Plum Wine)
Umeshu is a Japanese liqueur made from steeping ume fruits in alcohol and sugar. It has a sweet, sour taste, and an alcohol content of 10–15%. The taste and aroma of umeshu can appeal to even those people who normally dislike alcohol.
Serving temperature: Chilled
-Traditional favorite, Kuromatsu Hakushika Junmai is mellow, fresh and versatile. This versatile sake is perfect for matching with the most representative of today’s popular Japanese dishes including sushi, teriyaki, tempura, tonkatsu breaded pork and yakitori. Also excellent for mixing in cocktails and using in cooking recipes.

Hakushika Jummai Ginjyo
With a fresh and fruit ginjo flavor, slightly dry taste and full body, this is a well-balanced sake with substantial character. Excellent for pairing with seafood (sushi, sashimi, tuna carpaccio, lobster), poultry (yakitori chicken and mildly flavored duck), and fine beef (Kobe beef and wagyu steak, teppanyaki, shabu shabu). Also excellent with such vegetarian cuisines as soy sauce-sautéed vegetables, chilled tofu “hiyayakko,” and ponzu shoyu (citrus and vinegar flavored soy sauce) seasoned appetizers.

Brewed with Nishinomiya’s famous water “Miyazamizu” this is a genuine junmai sake. Moderately dry with full body, this sake represents the finest in brewing technique. This versatile sake is perfect for matching with the most representative of today’s popular Japanese dishes including sushi, teriyaki, tempura, tonkatsu breaded pork and yakitori.

Shochikubai Nigori Sake (Unfiltered Sake)
Velvety in texture with a pleasant fragrance of freshly steamed rice this nigori sake(roughly filtered sake) is a traditional favorite. Creamy with a mild sweetness, this sake is deliciously unique. Excellent as an aperitif. Also a wonderful accompaniment with fine beef dishes such as Kobe beef/ wagyu steak, shabu shabu, and sukiyaki. Also excellent with mildly hot and spicy cuisine such as stir-fry dishes flavored with Asian chili sauce, bulgogi Korean barbecue, kimchi jigae (kimchi flavored stew), and Thai and Indian curries.
Alc/vol 14.7% Serving Temperature Well-chilled.
Funaguchi Kikusui Nama Genshu
Funaguchi is an unpasteurized “Nama” (Pure, Straight) type of Sake. Since this Sake is sensitive to light, this Sake is sold in a special can to cut out any lighting. Also, the can is filled all the way to the top to avoid oxidation, ensuring the flavor’s freshness. “Genshu” means undiluted Sake. Usually Sake is diluted with water to reduce alcohol level, however this Sake is not.
